The Need for a Network

MSCA was born out of a common shared need.  Each year, at the Montana Hospital Associations Healthcare Conferences, chaplains would meet each other, begin sharing experiences and finding encouragement in networking. It was quickly realized that this should be a regular occurance.  And so it began. Initially, MSCA was a subgroup of the Montana Hospital Association, but quickly grew to be the stand alone organization it is today.
